Shipping policy

Article 1 - General

The Watsunder team strives to ensure the availability of stocks. If however at the time of the passage of your order one of your articles is not available any more, we will contact you by e-mail in order to propose to you to choose a new article or simply to be refunded of the amount of this same article.



Article 2 - Shipping costs and countries concerned

Watsunder delivers your order anywhere in the world (except DOM-TOM).

The delivery costs are defined according to the delivery method chosen by the customer.



Article 3 - Returns

You can consult our conditions of return and refund below.



Article 4 - Conditions and delivery time

We process your orders within 1 to 3 working days following the passage of these.

All our orders are shipped with a tracking number. As our items are shipped directly from our suppliers in Asia, the average delivery time is 7 to 15 business days from the date of shipment.

Important note, your order can be delivered in several packages and therefore be delivered with a few days of differences, this is quite normal and we obviously keep all tracking numbers if necessary.



Article 5 - Exceeding the delivery time

If after 30 working days you have not received your order, please let us know via our contact page. We will then do what is necessary to meet your expectations.



Article 6 - Duties and taxes

The sales tax is not applied to the prices of the items listed on our site because Watsunder is a VAT-free company (VAT not applicable - Article 293 B of the CGI).



Article 7 - Import duties and taxes

Shipments may involve customs fees depending on the country of destination. These fees may vary depending on the value of your order, the limits of the country and other factors related to the product itself. The end customer is responsible for these charges. All fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

Article 8 - Parcel lost in transit

In the event that your package is unfortunately lost in transit, we will offer you

  • Either a refund of your order;
  • Or the sending by e-mail of a gift voucher for the amount of your initial order;
  • Or the sending of a new complete order at our expense.

Article 9 - Cancellation

In the event that you wish to cancel, this will remain possible as long as the order has not been processed by our service. Please note that this remains your choice, the bank transaction fees will not be refunded.



Article 10 - Watsunder customer service

For any additional request, do not hesitate to join us via our contact page. We remain at your service from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.



Return and refund policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund (except in the case of an unforeseen delay due to the carrier or a proven case of lost package).



The refund of your article is only valid in the following cases:

  • The item received is not the one ordered;
  • The item is not the size you ordered (as indicated in our FAQ, the sizes on the labels are international and you will receive the corresponding size by referring to our size guides).
  • The item is considered lost (i.e. after 30 working days and after investigation with the shipping department). If your order is delivered to you after reimbursement, we will ask you to honor your order in full.

We have taken care to make detailed size guides, so any request for refund or exchange for wrong size will unfortunately not be valid.

On simple request via our contact page you can ask us:

  • Either the desire for a refund. You will then have to specify the reason of your request and send us photos of your received article. After a first study, you will be able to send back your article at your expenses to our address of returns which we will communicate to you.
  • Either the wish of sending back a new article in conformity and that at our expense (subject to receiving by e-mail photos of the damaged or inadequate article and that the article to be ordered is in stock). If the item is totally unusable, you will not be asked to return the first item received. The delay will be the same as the one for the initial order.

If your order is considered lost, you may submit one of the two previous choices.

Important note, your order is shipped to the exact address you entered at the time of purchase. Therefore, Watsunder is not responsible for the loss of your package in case of a typing error.



In order to be returned, your item must not have been worn except for a simple fitting over another piece of lingerie, must not be stained or smelly.



Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.



Delayed or Missing Refunds (if any)

If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us via our dedicated page.



Discounted items (if any)

Only regular priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, discounted orders are not.



Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the original item ordered directly via email upon successful inspection of the returned item.



If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who ordered the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to you at a later date, we will send the refund to them and they will know that you have returned their gift.



Shipping

To return your product, you must send it to the postal address dedicated to returns.



Watsunder offers you free shipping with no minimum purchase, but you are responsible for the costs associated with returns and refunds.



If you are shipping an item valued over $40, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
