How to get a discount code?

To take advantage of all our promotional offers, you can subscribe to our newsletter at any time, or go to our Promotions and Good Deals page.

 

How to use a discount code ?

  • On mobile: during your payment process, click on "Show order summary" at the top of the page, enter your promotional code in the space provided for this purpose, then click on the arrow to its right to validate.
  • On computer: during your payment process, enter your promotional code directly in the box on the right, then click on "Apply".

 

Delivery

How to benefit from free delivery?

Watsunder offers you the delivery costs for any order over 99$ (or € & £). Simply select the desired shipping method during your payment process, delivery will then be automatically offered to you.

 

In which countries is delivery possible?

Watsunder delivers your order anywhere in the World. You can track the progress of your shipment on our tracking page .

 

What do delivery statuses mean?

  • Order entered: Date you placed your order.
  • Shipped: Date your order was shipped.
  • Order in transit: Your order is on its way to your local delivery service (this status may take 1-2 weeks depending on your destination country).
  • Order being delivered: Your order has been picked up by your local delivery service.
  • Order delivered: Your order has been delivered to you (it was delivered to you personally or dropped off from your mailbox).

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 days (this period may exceptionally be longer depending on the period and the influx of orders). Being shipped directly by our partners, the delivery time is on average 7 to 15 working days.

Why is my order incomplete?

It is quite possible that your order arrives in separate packages with a few days difference. Do not panic, you can follow the status of your order on our tracking page or contact us via our contact page.

 

Why is the size on the tag different from the size ordered?

The sizes indicated on the labels of our underwear are international. We convert these sizes so that they correspond to your needs. So be reassured, when you try on you will be able to see that the size corresponds to the size you ordered thanks to our size guide .

 

What should I do if my order has a defect or error?

If unfortunately your order presents a problem, several solutions are available to you:

  • You can send it back to us and get a refund or a gift voucher, depending on your choice.*
  • You can keep it and we will send you a new order at our expense.*
