In which countries is delivery possible?

We deliver all over the world.

Why is delivery free?

We deliver directly from our suppliers to your home. This allows us to get the best shipping prices from them, we take care of them and therefore benefit your wallet.

When will I receive my order?

As orders are shipped directly by our suppliers, delivery times are on average 7 to 15 working days.

Where is Watsunder lingerie made?

Little hint, it is most certainly written on the label of your underwear.

Why is my order incomplete?

It is quite possible that your order arrives in separate packages with a few days difference. Do not panic, you can follow the status of your order on our dedicated page or contact us via our contact page.

Why is the size on the label different from the size ordered?

The sizes indicated on the labels of our underwear are international. So be reassured, when you try on you will see that the size corresponds to the French size that you ordered thanks to our size guide .

What should I do if my order has a defect or error?

If unfortunately your order presents a problem, several solutions are available to you:

  • You can send it back to us and get a refund or a gift voucher according to your choice.
  • You can keep it and we will send you a new order at our expense.
