Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay a penalty.

The return costs remain at your expense. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories).

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

For reasons of hygiene and health protection, the right of withdrawal does not apply to underwear and lingerie items that have been unsealed, worn, tried on or whose security labels/seals have been removed.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, odorless with its intact packaging and original labels.
